Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management prepares leaders to embrace business a vital contributor to economic and societal well-being. The Sellinger School has more than 60 faculty members and 2,

000 students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate business programs. Sellinger is accredited by AACSB International in both business administration and accounting, and has an established chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, the business student honor society. Sellinger’s programs are known for providing business education that emphasize strong ethical leadership, commitment to social responsibility, and a global perspective. Students and alumni have strong connections to a graduate network of more than 20,000 alumni. At the undergraduate level, the Sellinger School offers a Bachelors in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with majors in accounting and business administration. The business administration major has concentrations in the disciplines of business economics, finance, information systems, international business, management, and marketing. Sellinger also offers minors in business administration and general business. The general business minor includes concentrations in business economics, entrepreneurship, information systems, international business, and marketing. Classes are held on the Evergreen campus in Baltimore City. At the graduate level, the Sellinger School offers part-time, weekend, and full-time MBA programs to address the busy schedules and varying career stages of professionals seeking a leadership degree. Sellinger also offers a specialty Master of Accounting program, and a M.S. in Data Science in conjunction with the Loyola College of Arts and Sciences. Classes are held on graduate campuses in Columbia and Timonium, Maryland, and some courses are offered in online and hybrid formats.

-Professional's MBA
An evening, part-time MBA program for working professionals, this program features flexibility in both curriculum and scheduling, and offers a variety of MBA specializations.

-Emerging Leaders MBA
A one-year, full-time MBA program targeting immediate graduates or those early in their careers, this program is lockstep and cohort-based with immersive field studies and an internship.

-Master of Accounting
A full-time, 12-month program for those with an accounting undergraduate degree or equivalent accounting coursework, this program allows the undergraduate degree holder to achieve the 150 hours required for licensure.

-Leadership Essentials
A six-month program beginning each January to provide rising and future leaders under the age of 40 living or working in Howard County with leadership skill building, professional coaching, and community service opportunities.

Loyola University Maryland's Sellinger School of Business is excited to welcome Isabel Bilotta, Ph.D., Head of Learning and Innovation at Deutser, as the featured speaker for the 2024 Busch Lecture.

📅 Date: November 1, 2024
📍 Location: Loyola's Evergreen Campus, McGuire Hall East

Dr. Bilotta, will lead an interactive session focused on how engaging in deliberate play helps to foster inclusivity at work by promoting connection and feelings of belongingness among employees. This session will include an audience Q&A with Dr. Bilotta and panelist Michael J. Tews, PhD.

John Michel, Ph.D., associate professor of management at the Sellinger School, is the Busch Faculty Scholar hosting the Lecture this year. The lecture is free and open to the public.

More than 100 students at Loyola University Maryland's Sellinger School of Business and Management volunteered this tax season through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in partnership with the nonprofit The CASH Campaign of Maryland to prepare 626 tax returns for taxpayers in the Baltimore community, resulting in tax refunds totaling nearly $1 million this season.

Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business and Management’s MBA programs have been recognized nationally by U.S. News & World Report. The Professional's MBA , a part-time, evening MBA program designed for working professionals, was ranked No. 87—up 15 spots from last year’s ranking. Additionally, the Loyola MBA ranked:

- No. 19 for the business analytics specialty, up nine spots from last year
- No. 22 for the management specialty, up five spots from last year
- No. 25 for the marketing specialty
- No. 28 for the finance specialty
