Like mother, like daughter! Inspired by her mother’s experience, Phillicia Jones began her own journey in Carey's Flexible MBA program.

"My mom has always been my biggest cheerleader, role model, and source of strength, encouraging me never to stay stuck- to grow, give back, and turn every opportunity into something meaningful. Her journey at Johns Hopkins inspired me to pursue my own path at Carey and continue striving for more. Being able to share this experience at the same time is incredibly special and reflects the legacy she’s building through me.
