Jesse Pope '02, Mandy Poplin '94, and Jamie Johnson '89 have taken on new leadership roles within the High Country chapter of the Lees-McRae College Alumni Association. The alumni will serve three-year terms in their roles as chapter president, chapter vice president, and vice president of engagement respectively.

Let's take a look behind the scenes of "Jeff Corwin's Southern Wild"! Lees-McRae students, alumni, and faculty will make their television debut this fall in episodes shot right here on campus at the May Wildlife Rehabilitation Center and in the Elk Valley Preserve.

"Jeff Corwin's Southern Wild" premieres in just one month on Saturday, Oct. 3 on ABC stations nationwide!
