Software problems seemed to have caused the M/Y Go crash in St Martin. We do have plans to add a curriculum on how to create reliable software: many know how to write lots of code, few write code that does not go wrong with many computers involved. Like most endeavors requiring more complexity than can be considered by one person in a moment, software often requires techniques that seem counter-intuitive to most.
