LSU Construction Management

LSU Construction Management Founded in 1972, the Bert S. The Department of Construction Management is housed within Louisiana State University’s (LSU) College of Engineering.

Turner Department of Construction Management is dedicated to providing the construction industry with a graduate ready to accept the challenges of today's global market. As construction is the largest and most diversified industry in the world, the key professionals in this vast enterprise are Construction Managers (CM). They are the leaders who possess the business skills, experience, and education to manage the execution of any construction work in the private or public sector. Recognizing the rising complexity of new construction projects and the increased speed of technology, the CM Department is dedicated to providing the construction industry with a graduate ready to accept the challenges of today’s global market. Our construction management undergraduate degree program was established in 1972 and has been accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) since 1982.
