The concept is simple. We engage and share with each o

ther. We learn something new. We enrich our lives. All this takes place at our humble little Bay Shore establishment in a bar room that is very different from the typical classroom. We begin our workshop series with Molecular Gastronomy, but Eagle University is much more than how to make vodka caviar, smoky creations or LI Tea noodles that you eat with chop sticks. We are constantly reaching out to our customers, employees and community for talent, ideas or hands-on experiences that we can share with all of you. Examples of up coming offerings: Brett & David's Latex Clothing Making Class - show up and sit down and make your own piece of latex gear. We will supply the materials - You supply the enthusiasm. Other classes include Cake Decorating, Candle Making, Flower Arranging, Latin Dance Class and so much more.
