The Lambda Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. had a busy weekend of fellowship, scholarship, and service throughout the community!

The Brothers joined the Epsilon Rho Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. for a community cookout filled with fellowship, food, and good times. 🔵⚪

📚 Sunday | Scholarship & Excellence
The Brothers attended the Gamma Alpha Rho Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.’s Bertha E. Johnson Scholarship Brunch, “Pearls and Books,” celebrating education, achievement, and investing in the next generation. 🔵⚪

🎒 Monday | Service to Our Youth
The Brothers helped welcome students back to school during the First Day of School Extravaganza for the students of Louis L. Redding Middle School. We were proud to help kick off the new school year with energy, encouragement, and support! 🔵⚪

Over the weekend, the Brothers of the Lambda Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and the Epsilon Rho Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. came together to host our Annual Blu & White Cookout! 🥳🔥🍔🌭

It was a day filled with fellowship, food, fun, laughter, and community! 🔵⚪️🙌🏾 From great conversations to good vibes and even better company, we celebrated the bonds that make our organizations and our community so special. 🎶🍗☀️

📚🎒 BACK TO SCHOOL, SIGMA STYLE! 🔵⚪️

Tonight, the brothers of the Lambda Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. gathered for the Fifth Annual Back to School Pop-Up! 🔵⚪️

We were proud to pour back into our youth and community by providing:

🎒 School supplies & backpack giveaways
🍧 Free water ice & snacks for students
🤝🏾 Youth mentorship & encouragement
📚 Resources to help students start the school year prepared and confident

As the new school year begins, we remain committed to service, mentorship, and empowering the next generation.

A backpack is more than school supplies—it’s a reminder that our community believes in our young people and wants to see them succeed. 🔵⚪️

New Castle County families, gear up for the school year! The Lambda Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and the Sigma Cares Foundation are teaming up with Cool J's Premium Water Ice and Herr's to make sure our students step into the classroom prepared, empowered, and ready to thrive.
