Harford Community College addresses the diverse educational needs of Harford County by offering outstanding educational opportunities to students of all ages and abilities. Higher education is life changing and provides opportunities only limited by a student’s desire to work hard to achieve a goal. In addition to over 90 degree and certificate programs, the College offers a wide range of noncredit programs that train employees for new careers or job advancement.

Get to know the team behind the athletes!

Meet Rebecca Moen, an Athletic Trainer with Towson Sports Medicine who provides athletic training coverage at Harford Community College!

From soccer and volleyball to basketball, lacrosse, baseball, softball, and flag football, Rebecca is dedicated to supporting student-athletes and helping them feel seen, supported, and cared for.

A former HCC volleyball player herself, Rebecca brings a personal connection to the athletes she serves. Her goal? To create an environment where every athlete feels valued and confident in their care.

We're proud to have dedicated athletic trainers like Rebecca representing Towson Sports Medicine across our Greater Baltimore locations.
