* * THE DOO W*P PROJECT * *

FEB 21 | 3 PM

TICKETS: HarfordEvents.com

The dynamic Broadway stars of The Doo W*p Project are on a mission to put Doo W*p on everyone’s playlist!

With their smokin’ hot band, they capture and deliver the classic sounds of the guys who, back in the day, harmonized with each other on stoops, in the subway, and on street corners, and they have also created a unique, exciting, fun way to “Doowop-ify” today's biggest hits – reimagining them as though they had been written during the Doo W*p era!

Once you experience The Doo W*p Project live on stage, you’ll see why everyone around the country calls them AMERICA’S PREMIERE DOO W*P GROUP.

You’ll hear Doo W*p classics like the Del Vikings’ “Whispering Bells,” The Tymes’ “So Much in Love,” The Marcels’ “Blue Moon,” The Four Seasons’ “Sherry,” and Motown’s “My Girl”. You’ll fall in love with The Doo W*p Project’s Doowop-ified versions of contemporary songs and by artists like Taylor Swift, Pharell Williams and Daft Punk.

This show celebrates a music genre that has never lost its cool….while making it cool for generations to come. *P

Were you at the Scotty McCreery at the APG Federal Credit Union Arena on Saturday night? We'd love to hear your feedback and see your photos in the comments.

Check out this glowing review from Sound Off! Magazine/Jimmy Rzepecki.

"From the second he came out swinging with "You Time" and kept that electric energy going all night long, you could just feel the magic in the room. His band was an absolute powerhouse, matching his energy note for note. 🎶⚡️

What made it extra special was the journey he took us on. He treated us to an awesome mix of his biggest top hits, fresh new tracks, and even threw it back 15 years to his American Idol audition song, "Your Man"!

It got even more emotional and personal during "Five More Minutes," with home videos of him and his family playing on the screens, followed by gorgeous photos from his wedding and life with Gabi during "This Is It." ❤️

An unforgettable night of incredible music, storytelling, and pure country talent."
