What's it like to be a student on campus? What's your commute like, or maybe you live in Housing? Follow our photographer Ilgiz as he commutes to campus for his day and enjoys some of our most popular BC resources, like the Fitness Center. Shout out to the Central Asian Student Association and the Involvement Fair mention. (Student Engagement rocks, yeah!)

Oh, wow, we're so amazed at all of you who attended the BARC Leadership Training in September! Look at all you Leaders of the Pack!

BARC stands for Belonging and Resilience Camp -- we believe that helping students cultivate a sense of belonging and resilience supports your ability to positively impact your peers and get the most out of your student leadership experience.

This event included a student leadership challenge self-inventory that allowed us to talk about the Five Practices of Exemplary Leaders and the 30 Practices of Exemplary Leaders as tools for self-discovery and growth. We explored group development concepts, campus leadership, active listening and conflict communication, challenge activities, networking ... whew! A lot to take in!

Did you have a chance to make it to our Fall Involvement Fair? It was a huge event (like usual!) and everyone had great fun!

Have a listen to a few of our student leaders from the event as they give heartfelt pitches about their organizations, and how they invite you to be part of what they've got planned for the year! And this is just a start -- there are at least 80 more student organizations out on our Involve portal, so there's sure to be a group that interests you.

Your student government is off on a "slimey" start this year!

Photos from the ASGBC team's "Slime, Sips, and Scones" event during our Welcome Week! Thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy a hot beverage, tasty fresh scones, and... making slime!

What is it with slime? Is it the de-stress aspect? The funky colors? A chance to disconnect from classes? Or hanging with your friends? Check. All of the above!

Get started on your Fitness journey this Fall Quarter! The Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art facility with lots of incredible training resources and a team of Fitness Technicians to help you learn how to use them.

Open to currently registered students as well as campus employees (emeritus included), the Fitness Center is open Mon. – Thurs. 1:30-8:30 PM and Fri. – Sat. 1 – 4 PM (closures on Nov. 11, 26 & 27).

Cost is $40 for the quarter.

We can't say it enough! The Involvement Fair is absolutely the best way to check out student clubs and organizations and find campus resources (that you might not know about) all in one place!

The Fall 2026 Involvement Fair comes your way next Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 11 AM - 1 PM in the Student Union Building Cafeteria. Bring a friend and come check it out! We'll have trivia, prizes, snacks, and fun!

The Involvement Fair is coming soon! Mark your calendars for Wednesday, Sept. 30 and stop by then for an opportunity to meet all of our student organization leaders in one place at the same time! You can also meet representatives from student government, student senate, and the many other resources available across campus as well.

Hey, Bulldogs! The BC Women's Basketball team is looking for players for the 2026-27 school year!

To try out for the team contact head coach Mel Stubblefield at [email protected] by October 15.

Team practices/workouts begin September 15. Official season runs October 1 - March 21.

Athletic Scholarships are available (per coaches' decision) if you make the team.
