What is Delta GEMS?

Delta GEMS stands for Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully. The program supports high school young ladies ages 14–18 through mentorship, leadership development, sisterhood, service, college and career preparation, financial literacy, mental wellness, and cultural enrichment.

It is a space for young women to discover their strengths, build confidence, and prepare for their futures.

Flashback Friday
Project LEAD mentors and mentees reflected on an incredible year with our own Tamika Chester and participated in an engaging book discussion with sorority member Debra A. Thomas, author of Recipes for Success. The event was filled with joy, meaningful connections, and the spirit of sisterhood.

A heartfelt thank you to the 48 mentees and 36 mentors who participated in the Project LEAD program during the 2025–2026 sorority year. Your commitment to learning, leadership, and mentorship continues to make a lasting impact. ♥️🤍
