Happy Feature Friday! This week's feature is Greg Ariel and he is the founder of The Care Crate Company!

Greg says, "Innovation to me means that you are creating something in a way that no one else has. I don't believe in the age-old phrase of avoiding "reinventing the wheel". If the universe is constantly changing, then we must also change with it and improve on ideas that may longer serve our needs the way we need them to. Why not consider if the wheel can be improved upon? To me, that is what innovation is found."

Greg worked with BW LaunchNET to better his venture idea. Greg says, "LaunchNET for me has been a great tool to use on my entrepreneurial journey. The biggest thing for me was the network I was able to build of people who were able to assist me along my journey. I knew there were weaknesses in my personal skillset, and I leaned on LaunchNET to connect me with the right people who were experts in those fields to guide me through the problems I needed to solve."

Congratulations to the winners of IdeaLabs 2022! The 1st place winner is Shrimp Shield which is a biodegradable body armor and the 2nd place winner is The End Times Media which is a social commentary podcast. These incredible students have the opportunity to continue working on their ventures at the IdeaLabs Competition hosted by The Entrepreneurship Education Consortium. Good luck everyone!
