For the first time, SDSU W**d Science teams competed in the North Central W**d Science Society and WSWS Joint Student W**d Contest. The graduate team brought home second place in the WSWS division!

The Southeast Research Farm invites you to the 2026 Fall Field Day on Thursday, September 10th beginning at 9:45 am.

Sponsored by the SDSU College of Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Sciences, SDSU Southeast Research Farm, and SDSU Extension, the program brings together SDSU faculty, researchers, extension specialists, and farmers to share their insights on grazing, forages, and cover crops including virtual fencing. The field day begins at 9:45 am and concludes at 2:30 pm. Lunch is included and the field day is free of charge. See the attached program for plot tour and indoor session topics.
