Northampton Community College ESL The English as a Second Language (ESL) department at Northampton Community College helps you learn English and succeed in college.

Residents, citizens, and international students from over 70 countries have studied here. Northampton Community College offers English as a Second Language (ESL) at our Main Campus in Bethlehem Township as well as our Monroe Campus in the Pocono Mountain region of Northeastern PA. Our Monroe Campus can be reached at 570-688-4193.
