La Chanterelle at Endicott College The Non-Traditional Classroom offers a fine dining experience in an educational setting. Reservations are available only through 978-232-3040.

We kindly ask guests to promptly arrive at 6:30 p.m. After spending a few minutes in our tasting bar, students will be escorting you to your table. Class is dismissed at 9 p.m. We accept/cancel reservations at 978-232-3040 from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (Monday–Wednesday) and 9 a.m.–noon (Thursday & Friday).

Meet our 2026-2027 Service Management Graduate Assistant Molly Morash! Molly graduated this past spring with her Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management concentrating in Events. She will be graduating in May 2027 with her MBA.

Molly is from Tiverton, RI and has always had a passion for the hospitality industry. During her time at Endicott, Molly enjoyed all 4 years at La Chanterelle as a student, a dishwasher, and a practicum. Along with this she was also involved with Modern Band Project, Percussion Ensemble and Events Management Organization. During her junior year, she studied abroad in Cork, Ireland and was inducted into the hospitality honor society, Eta Sigma Delta as well as Mortar Board National Honor Society.

Outside of La Chanterelle Molly enjoys hanging out with family and friends, sailing, skiing, cooking and playing the drums.

She is very excited to work alongside this year’s students as well as Professor Richards, Professor Blodgett, Professor Nelson, and Back of House GA Emily Penney.

Meet our 2026-2027 Culinary Arts Graduate Assistant Emily Penney! Emily graduated from Endicott with her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Hospitality management this past Spring. She will be graduating this May 2027 with her MBA.

Emily is from Mansfield, MA. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, skiing, spending time with her dogs, traveling, and trying new foods!

During all three years at Endicott, she was a member of the crew team and served as a GSB Ambassador, where she enjoyed being involved in the Endicott community and building connections with others. She also gained hands-on experience working in the hospitality industry through her internships, allowing her to combine her interests in marketing, hospitality, and special events.

Emily is excited to bring her hospitality experience, creativity, and enthusiasm to the students of La Chanterelle!

She is very excited to work alongside this year’s students as well as Professor Blodgett, Professor Nelson, Professor Richards, and front of house GA Molly Morash!

Graduation season is so bittersweet, yet again we must say goodbye to our awesome duo of Graduate Assistants! James and Everett both completed their time at La Chanterelle, when they walked the stage to obtain their MBAs last Saturday 🎓 we could not be more proud of you two, especially as our first duo of non-hospitality major GAs!

as a student from Cork Ireland, you brought an incredible international perspective to our class as our front of house graduate assistant. We are so glad to have met you while you were studying abroad as a junior at Endicott! Your professionalism and positive attitude helped our students grow throughout their time in service management, and your client satisfaction skills ensured that our guests had an enjoyable time when visiting our classroom. We could not be more proud of the networking you did to bring in a student photographer to enhance our social media, as well as Professors from Endicott, and industry professionals to experience everything that our students can do! We wish you the best of luck in Boston!
iii you were one of the first Endicott football players (who wasn't a hospitality major) to take our Culinary arts class, where you blew us all away with your team leadership and delicate application of your Culinary skills! From a student, to practicum, and then as our back of house graduate assistant, it has been incredible to watch your growth throughout the years. You brought a unique perspective to our class by formulating creative menus, and enhancing the student learning experience with your direction and collaboration in the classroom. Along with this, we are so proud of your networking to recruite a whole new cohort of student athletes, which we are very grateful for! We know you are going to do incredible things in the future, and we can't wait to see where you end up!

Know that this isn't goodbye - we can't wait to have you back as guests, to see the lasting impact you have implemented into our classes! Thank you both for everything!

Final service of the 25/26 year 🎉 Our students brought everything together for their final practical, creating and executing their own menus from start to finish, featuring dishes such as Cheeseburger Spring Rolls, Lemon Herb Salmon, Romano Chicken, and Cannoli.
We also continued a fun tradition with our Chopped Challenge - our practicums selected three ingredients each for the amuse-bouche and mignardise. Our BOH graduate assistant Everett and Chef Nelson then turned those ingredients into creative and delicious dishes on the spot.
A great way to close out the semester. We’re sad to say goodbye to this group, but incredibly proud of everything they’ve accomplished this semester.
