RSOs, its time to re-register your organization!

All Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) must complete the annual re-registration process by Sunday, September 27 at 11:59 pm.

The RSO Re-Registration process includes:
1. Complete the RSO Re-Registration Form
2. Complete the RSO Training Modules in Canvas
3. Update your RSO's Ferris360 page.

Once your RSO has complete the re-registration process, you are eligible to sign up for Bulldog Bonanza which will be held on Thursday, September 10 at 4 pm - 7 pm on Robinson Quad.

Did you know students can start their own RSO at Ferris?

To start or reactivate an RSO, start with the following steps:

1) Find at least three currently enrolled students (you + 2) to serve as leaders in the club.

2) Find one full-time Ferris faculty or staff member to serve as the club's advisor.

3) Draft a constitution that meets the requirements outlined in the RSO Handbook.

4) Acquire a letter of recognition from your national/international organization (if applicable)

Once you have completed these items, you are ready to complete the items below.

1) Meet with the RSO & Greek Life Coordinator
Learn more about the process and ask questions about your RSO idea.

2) Submit a New & Reactivating RSO Application
Submit an online application detailing your RSO name, mission, officer & advisor info, etc.

3) Attend a New & Reactivating RSO Workshop
If your New & Reactivating RSO Application is approved, you are invited to attend a New & Reactivating RSO Workshop. All workshops are held in David L. Eisler Center Room 116 at 5 pm - 6:30 pm on the following Wednesdays:

• August 26 - Zoom Meeting
• September 30
• October 28
• December 2

Join the Center for Student Involvement for a trip to Michigan's Adventure!

 

Interested in coming along? Secure your spot by submitting the electronic payment form on the CSI group in Ferris360.

 

Trip Details: Michigan Adventure Trip- Friday, July 10, 2026

Trip is open open to FSU students and one guest over the age of 18. Student and guest ticket must be purchased together.

 

Trip Itinerary

9:00 am-9:20 am Check-In, DEC room 203

9:30 am Depart for Michigan Adventure

11:00am Arrive and park opening at Michigan Adventure

11:00am- Free time to explore both parks

6:00pm-6:20pm- Departure check-in

6:30pm- Depart for Ferris State University

 

Cost

$70 per-person. This includes:

Transportation via bus to and from Michigan's Adventure

Single Meal Deal (valid for 1 entree, 1 side, 1 regular drink, and 1 snack at participating locations).

Admission to Michigan's Adventure and Wildwater Adventure Waterpark

RSO Summer Updates

Hello RSO student leaders! Congratulations on completing another semester and a huge HUGE congratulations to all the graduates this week! As y’all prepare for summer, I wanted to send out some quick updates.

Updating RSO Officers
If you have any updates to your executive board, please let us know by filling out the officer update form on Ferris360. Filling out the form will ensure we have updated contact information for each club so your organization will receive important updates over the summer about next year.

RSO Re-Registration
The annual RSO Re-Registration Process will open later this summer. All RSOs will be required to re-register this fall. The Re-registration process includes:

1. Complete the re-registration form
2. Update your RSO's Ferris360 group
3. Complete online RSO training

RSO leaders will be emailed more information and important links later this summer. Stay tuned for more information

Bulldog Bonanza
Save the date! This year, Bulldog Bonanza will be on Thursday, September 10 from 4 pm - 7 pm on Robinson Quad. The RSO sign up form will be emailed to RSO leaders later this summer. Stay tuned for more information.
