EQUALITY : giving everyone the same thing but can only work if everyone starts from the same place (i.e. everyone is given the same amount of grates but some still can not view the match because they aren't standing at even levels)

EQUITY : giving people access to the same opportunities (i.e. everyone is given the amount of grates needed to be able to view the match from where they are standing)
