We have our GIM 8/31 5-6pm at the Peace Quad
Hoops will be provided and no experience necessary. Come socialize, exercise, and de-stress!

Thank you to all who contributed to the menstrual product drive! It was a big success and we couldn't have done it without the support of our wonderful community :)

A big thanks to our friends at Little Lamb Birth & Baby for organizing a 2nd annual menstrual product drive for our domestic violence shelter. Free feminine hygiene products have been available in NYC shelters since 2016, but there is no such legislation statewide to help nonprofits with this cost. Rise recognizes that these products are a necessity and provides them regardless. Thanks to Little Lamb for helping to break the stigma.

Hi everyone! Very excited to announce that we have been approached by the incredible Mystic Flow Fairy who wants to host a hoop and silk fan workshop for us on April 14th! There would be a student discount on the 2 classes for $20 each or $35 for both, & it is open to the community for $5 more. In order to confirm the workshop we need 15 people, so please lmk ASAP if you're interested. Workshops are an awesome opportunity to level up your flow & silk fan classes are pretty uncommon so you def don't wanna miss this one!

Due to a scheduling conflict our location for today's meeting has changed to the CIW commons! this is located above the CIW dining hall (near the booths). We're still meeting 5-6 and will try to prop a door so you can follow bass if all else fails.
