Waivers are now OPEN!!! UAB requires all designated students to have major medical health insurance. Students you can either enroll in the university-provided Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) or submit a waiver and provide proof of coverage under a personal insurance plan. Check out the instructions below to submit your waiver.
