For many students, it’s not tuition that threatens their education. Its unexpected life expenses. Emergency financial assistance can help students stay enrolled when life throws them an unexpected challenge. A small donation can make a big difference and help a student finish their college education. Help us help them by making a donation today.

The moment our volunteers never forget is the face of a student when we’re able to tell them, “We can help.”

Sometimes that help comes at a moment when a student isn’t sure how they’ll cover an unexpected expense or whether a financial setback will interrupt everything they’ve worked toward.

Being able to say “yes” in that moment means more than providing financial assistance. It means giving a student reassurance that one difficult circumstance doesn’t have to determine what happens next.

Those moments are made possible because someone chose to give.

Every donation to the Lawson State Foundation helps put us in a position to say “we can help” when a student needs to hear it most. And for our volunteers, seeing the relief, hope, and possibility on a student’s face is a reminder of exactly why this work matters.

“Because of Lawson State…”

It’s a sentence with thousands of possible endings.

Because of Lawson State, a student discovers what they’re capable of accomplishing.

Because of Lawson State, a career that once felt far away begins to feel within reach.

The most meaningful endings aren’t the ones we could write.

They're the ones our students are writing for themselves.

Education has the power to change lives, but no student should have to face financial barriers alone.

Through scholarships, student support programs, and educational opportunities, Lawson State Foundation helps students stay focused on achieving their academic and career goals.

When you give, you're investing in future nurses, educators, skilled trades professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders who will make a difference in our communities.

Join us in creating more opportunities for student success.
