📸 Please visit our website to CAREFULLY submit your photo (note: you only get two attempts!) by July 15, 2026. We will begin mailing ID Cards for eligible on-campus residents with a domestic address starting on June 15, 2026.

Photo submission is now closed to first-year and transfer undergraduate students for 2025. Please visit our office to have your photo taken and ID Card produced.

Incoming first-year and transfer students - the deadline to submit your Hokie Passport ID Card photo is quickly approaching! Please submit your photo by July 15, 2025 at midnight. Remember to adhere to the posted guidelines to ensure your photo gets approved. 📸

📣Attention, incoming first-year and transfer students! 📣

Incoming first-year and transfer students will submit their Hokie Passport ID Card photo online via our remote photo submission process at www.hokiepassport.vt.edu.

ON-CAMPUS students who have submitted an approved ID Card photo by July 15 will receive their ID Card via mail (as long as they have a domestic mailing address). Our first batch gets dropped in the mail on Monday - get excited!

OFF-CAMPUS students who have submitted an approved ID Card photo can pick up their ID Card at our office at their convenience when they arrive to campus. We are open 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, but will also host temporary, expanded hours during move-in. Check our website for details!

Remember, the most common reason for photo rejection is the background! Please be sure to use a smooth, light, solid background for your photo! We look forward to "meeting" you! 🤩

Incoming fall 2025 first-year and transfer students can now submit their photo online at: https://hokiepassport.vt.edu/pages/general.php?div2=orientation. Photo submission will be available through July 15, 2025. We look forward to seeing your smiles!

Notice: Beginning March 3, 2025, HPS will begin charging the $25 replacement fee for ID cards that have been damaged due to wireless chargers. Damage due to wireless chargers is avoidable and not considered normal wear and tear. Please keep your ID Card away from wireless chargers to avoid this fee!

Register for a Money Matters Informational Session now to hear from representatives from several VT departments!
Dedicated staff will be available to answer questions via chat during the 30-60 minute program. Sessions will be held mid-May through the beginning of August!

Reminder: Dining plan and dining plan rollover funds must be spent by May 8.
Need ideas on how to spend excess funds? Consider purchasing items in bulk from Owen's Food Court, WEM, or Xpress Lane Market at Dietrick, or donating to Flex Out Hunger (April 29 - May 3 at select dining centers). Please see a manager at each of the listed dining centers for more details.
