As artificial intelligence continues to transform education and the workplace, Pamplin faculty are helping lead important conversations about what the future of learning should look like.

In a recent Times Higher Education feature, Pamplin’s Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, Michelle Seref, shares insights on how colleges and universities can rethink student assessment in an AI-driven world. Rather than focusing only on AI detection, the piece explores how educators can better evaluate critical thinking, decision-making, adaptability, and the intentional use of AI tools, skills that are increasingly valued by employers.

We’re proud to see Pamplin represented in global conversations shaping the future of higher education and preparing students for what comes next. 🧡
