▪Applicants must have a Ph.D. in sociology or criminology by the time of appointment (August ‘27)
▪A record of scholarly productivity
▪Potential for excellence in research
▪Potential for high-quality teaching in a collegiate environment

▪Evidence of teaching effectiveness
