A few weeks ago, our President, Jazmine Hernandez, and Vice President of Internal Affairs, Nicholas Hernandez, attended the National Latinx Law Student Association conference at Wayne State University Law School in Detroit.
During their time there, they connected with law students and attorneys from across the country and engaged in conversations about how the current administration is impacting areas like immigration, criminal law, and Big Law.
They also heard inspiring stories from Latinxs who have opened their own firms and shared how to hold national positions in organizations like the Hispanic National Bar Association and other bar associations, both as law students and after graduation.
