The Montco Cultural Center is presenting "Fish, Ink and Paper: The Art of Gyotaku by Michael Reimer," (Michael Reimer Original Fish Rubbings)
a fascinating exhibition featuring 40 works inspired by the Japanese tradition of fish printing.

The exhibit will be on display Oct. 26-Dec. 11 in the Theater Gallery on Montgomery County Community College's Blue Bell Campus. A free gyotaku demonstration and opening reception is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 5-8 p.m.

The exhibit is free and open to all!

The Hatfield Police Department had the opportunity to participate in Coffee with a Cop at Montgomery County Community College Pottstown campus!

Step inside a world of color, texture and imagination with “Kate Leibrand: A House with Cosmic Roots,” now on display in the Fine Arts Center Gallery on the Blue Bell Campus.

This free exhibition features large-scale fiber installations and intricate pen-and-ink illustrations that blur the line between the familiar and the fantastical. Visitors can explore Leibrand’s vibrant work through Dec. 5, with an opening reception on Oct. 22 from 5–8 p.m.

When Anthonesha Anguin, '26 received news that she had been awarded the Dr. Stuart H. and Sandra K. Fine Nursing Scholarship, it came at exactly the right moment.

While navigating personal loss and the challenges of Nursing, A.A.S., school, Anthonesha found strength through the support of her family, Montco's Wellness Services, and her determination to keep moving forward.

A Dean's List student and graduate of Montco's Nursing program, she is now preparing for a career as a registered nurse and hopes to one day become a nurse practitioner.

"The scholarship gave me hope and strength to keep moving forward," she said.

College is about more than earning a degree. It's also about finding connections, exploring passions and building a sense of belonging.

On the next "Montco on the Move" podcast, Theater Arts students Dominic Hernandez and Dinia Hernandez talk about how becoming part of Montco’s Theatre Arts program gave them an outlet to express themselves artistically and find a community of likeminded individuals.
