The Theta Omicron chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi was founded at Boise State University in 1969. For the past 46 years, we have followed the 5 core values of Alpha Kappa Psi which are Knowledge, Brotherhood, Service, Unity, and Integrity. Kenzie Dillman is a Business Administration major at Boise State University with a minor in Marketing and certifications in Professional Selling and Resort & Hospitality Management.

This summer, she has been working as a Field Sales Intern with Hershey, gaining hands-on experience in sales, merchandising, and retail ex*****on. Her role includes visiting stores across the valley to ensure products are stocked, displays are maintained, and seasonal promotions and new product launches are successfully executed.

Through this experience, Kenzie has developed skills in relationship building, merchandising, and data-driven selling by working directly with store managers and using sales insights to identify opportunities for growth. She has also had the opportunity to shadow team members in Idaho Falls and Twin Falls, expanding her understanding of the business. As the busy holiday season approaches, she looks forward to continuing her growth and gaining even more experience in the field.
