Dr. Jacqueline Tilton, Assistant Professor of Management

Dr. Tilton teaches organizational behavior and human resource management in the Department of Management at Appalachian State. Her research focuses on workplace relationships, employee well‑being, and how social dynamics shape organizational outcomes. She is especially interested in understanding how employees navigate challenges such as stress, conflict, and interpersonal strain at work.
