Simmons University Department of Nutrition Co-Chair, Dr. Teresa Fung recently traveled to South Korea to join an international speaker panel featuring members of the dietary guideline committees for several countries, including China and Korea.

As a member of the U.S. Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee, she had the opportunity to share perspectives and exchange ideas about nutrition policy and dietary guidance across countries.

We’re excited to see Dr. Fung contributing to this global conversation and bringing these experiences back to the Simmons Nutrition community!

Remote Registered Dietitian Opportunities
Pillar is recruiting registered dietitians across a variety of fully-remote, part-time roles with flexible hours in partnership with leading digital health companies.

Sample Opportunities:
1. Connect with patients via telehealth for 1:1 nutrition counseling to help manage conditions such as diabetes, cardiometabolic risk and general wellness.
2. Support product development through clinical content review focused on weight management. Experience with GLP-1 populations is required.

Qualifications
Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Bachelor's degree
