Photography and light bring Malden’s history into the present in CONNECTOR, a new public art installation by Clint Baclawski MFA ’08 Photography. 🚃

A longtime MassArt staff member and educator, Clint first developed his distinctive approach to combining photography and light as a graduate student at MassArt. Now, he’s using that process to reimagine an archival photograph of Malden’s elevated train in an illuminated work just steps from Malden Center station.

Join Clint for a walking art tour and unveiling celebration on Saturday, October 3 with Creative Malden. Register here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/public-art-tour-tickets-1998453400919

What a night! ✨ Over 100 MassArt students and alumni brought their art, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit to Downtown Crossing on Saturday for the MassArt Night Market. Thank you to all of our incredible vendors, artists who led demos and art-making, and community members who came out to shop, make, and connect.
