A Creative Entrepreneurship Summit Built for You! Artists are entrepreneurs. But too often, when we step into spaces designed for entrepreneurs, it's hard to find people who truly understand our work—our challenges, our values, our specific paths to success. We're entrepreneurs, yes, but we're also underserved in traditional business settings.

Collective Works changes that.

On November 7th, we're bringing together established and emerging creative entrepreneurs across Massachusetts for a full day of networking, resource sharing, panel discussions, and fireside chats. This is a space built by and for people like you—designers, makers, musicians, artists, and creative professionals who are building sustainable businesses doing work they love.

Whether you've participated in our Creative Economy Workshops or you're just discovering us, this is your chance to connect with peers, learn from people further along the path, and discover resources and strategies you can use right away.

Truro Clay Works reached out to us about this new year-long residency they are offering beginning this October 2026. From their website:

Truro Clay Works is an artist-run live/work ceramic residency on Outer Cape Cod offering year-round housing, communal studio access, and long-term creative immersion for independent ceramic artists.

This brand-new, light-filled studio combines modern design with functionality. Spacious shared workstations, private storage, and electric and gas kilns provide opportunities for oxidation and reduction firing, supporting a wide range of creative exploration.

Congratulations to MassArt alum Connor O’Malley, BFA ’26 Communication Design, one of two artists whose work will appear on limited-edition Bluebikes celebrating Boston 250!

Inspired by childhood memories along Boston Harbor, Connor’s design reflects the harbor’s environmental transformation and its enduring connection to the city. His artwork will be featured on bikes across Greater Boston this summer as part of a partnership between Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Bluebikes, and Boston 250. Keep an eye out for Connor’s design rolling through the city! 🚲
