This week, our City Music Boston teaching artist spotlight features Loren Benn. 🎙️

Loren is a vocalist, educator, and Berklee College of Music assistant professor whose work bridges performance, mentorship, and artist development. With over a decade of teaching experience and a career that has included collaborations with artists such as Kelly Clarkson, James Blake, and Debo Ray, Loren brings both artistry and intention into every classroom she enters.

As a Berklee City Music vocal master class teacher, Loren encourages students to carry their stage presence beyond the performance itself — building confidence, leadership, and self-awareness in their everyday lives.

We’re grateful for the teaching artists who help our students grow as musicians, performers, and people.
