As part of the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Colorado at Boulder, the Multi-Ethnic Media Organization (MEMO) is a student group composed of students from all walks of life. MEMO strives to provide useful resources for students through scholarship opportunities, networking events, and information about careers in media. The organization also strives to build a str

onger community among students on campus by providing a common place for journalism students to come together for mentoring and networking, while promoting diversity and inclusiveness. For students applying to the journalism school, MEMO provides guidance regarding the admissions process. MEMO also participates in a number of on-campus and off-campus events, providing opportunities to meet and network with other students and media professionals locally and nationally. Meetings are held in the Armory.

Welcome back everyone! There was a momentous change this summer uniting JMC with Communication. The new college wants to welcome you all back with a block party Thursday, Sept. 4th from 11 to 2 at the quad in front of Old Main.

Hope you are all enjoying this lovely spring weather! We will be having a study session this coming Wednesday, April 16th at 5pm in Armory 218. We will bring snacks such as veggies, hummus and guacamole, chips, chocolate, scones and more. Feel free to bring something to share along with homework and notes and let's get studious! We will also discuss some important things with regards to the end of the semester.

Hope to see you all there and don't forget to bring some friends!
