CU Boulder Sleep and Development Laboratory We study early developmental changes in sleep and circadian rhythms!

Sleep researchers at the University of Colorado Boulder are dedicated to studying physiological and behavioral factors influencing the regulation of sleep across early childhood and to better understanding how sleep and circadian rhythms affect young children's emotional, cognitive, social, and brain development. Our team is committed to educating the general public through dissemination of resear

ch findings and to providing research training experiences to students. Visit us at http://sleep.colorado.edu to find out more information on our Early Childhood Sleep Study.

Dr. Lauren Hartstein (Postdoctoral Fellow) & Sophie Choubai (MS Graduate Student) had a wonderful time at the Children and Screens International Scientific Congress in D.C. this week! Researchers, educators, and clinicians met and investigated the impact of digital media use on children’s health, wellbeing, and development.

In their downtime, Lauren & Sophie explored the national monuments and visited the Light at Night exhibit at the Smithsonian Natural Museum of Natural History!

Swipe to see evidence-based recommendations from Children & Screens about managing healthy digital media use for your child!
