University of Colorado Boulder Italian Program

University of Colorado Boulder Italian Program To promote the study of the Italian language, its manifestations in history, and its usage in the current cultural and social context.

The Italian Division at the University of Colorado features four tenure-line faculty members and several instructors and lecturers. Faculty specialize in the Italian Renaissance, in modern literature and cinema, and in media and culture. Instructors provide additional expertise in art history, theater, business, and contemporary Italian culture. Members of the division have produced several books

and textbooks in the last four years, and CU ranks among the leaders nationally in number of majors and minors in the program, making it an excellent place to receive a rich and rewarding experience in Italian language and culture. The program collaborates with several study-abroad programs, and students can choose either a minor or a major in Italian. The department also offers a new joint Certificate Program with Engineering. Thank you for visiting our official Italian Program page. We ask you that your posts and comments be relevant to the university, the Italian Program and the topic at hand, that you be civil and that you refrain from personal attacks or personal issues e.g grades. Buon Ferragosto!
Oggi 15 agosto è Festa Nazionale e religiosa in tutta Italia. Gli italiani celebrano con picnic, scampagnate, gite al mare o in montagna.
