Love working from home? You're not alone.

New Leeds research shows employees who worked fully remotely reported the highest levels of well-being, while those who worked entirely onsite reported the lowest.

Many employers worry remote workers feel disconnected. A new study found they reported higher well-being and were no more likely to feel isolated than their

Before the new school year officially begins, we have to shout out one last summer program—CU’s Entrepreneurship and Empowerment in South Africa (EESA), led by Deming Center for Entrepreneurship Executive Director Erick Mueller!

The global seminar brings Buffs to Cape Town to consult with local entrepreneurs, study alongside students at University of Western Cape, and learn about entrepreneurship and the critical role it plays in the economic development of a nation.

“It was another special year,” Mueller said. “Our students truly change lives.”

Through CESR's Impact Internship program, Leeds students spend their summers applying business skills with mission-driven organizations.

This year's six Impact Interns reflected on the experiences that broadened their perspectives and shaped the way they think about business as a force for good.

This year’s Impact Interns show how real-world work gave them the chance to put their business skills—and values—into action.

Every day, billions of us share our thoughts, product reviews, and experiences online. But how can researchers actually make sense of all that text to better understand how we navigate everyday life?

Leeds Professor of Information Systems Kai Larsen spent over two decades working on a solution. Now, thanks to advances in AI, he has developed PsyProxy—a groundbreaking tool that translates everyday written language into measurable psychological concepts like trust, stress, burnout, and social connection.

After nearly three decades of work, a Leeds School of Business researcher has developed a new AI tool that turns online conversations into data that can be used

Through our First-Year Global Experience (FGX) trip to Reykjavik, Leeds students traveled to Iceland to explore how sustainable technology, local culture, and global commerce intersect.

They visited Carbfix to see ground-breaking carbon mineralization in action, explored product innovation with Blue Lagoon Skincare and toured Eimverk Distillery to study production, marketing, and export strategy for Icelandic spirits.

They also discovered the business behind Iceland's world-renowned fitness culture at Thor’s Power Gym, followed by visits to The LAVA Centre and the geothermal sites of Seltún & Krýsuvík.

We can't wait to introduce a new group of to global business this academic year!

A conversation that started at a CU Boulder band banquet more than three decades ago is still going strong! 🖤💛

We are thrilled to celebrate Forever Buffs Clark and Amy Jones, whose incredible history of mentorship, service, and generosity has culminated in a $1 million gift commitment benefitting the Leeds School of Business and CU Athletics.

Throughout their journey—which has taken them from Colorado to California, Florida, and now Japan—Clark (a longtime Disney executive) and Amy have always made time for students. Instead of just sending support from afar, they chose to build relationships, offering advice, encouragement, and career introductions to generations of Buffs.

Thank you, Clark and Amy, for your extraordinary commitment to Colorado, our university, and the future of our students!
