Dear School Psychologists!!
You are invited to participate in a research study examining the perceived barriers school psychologists face when fostering parent involvement/engagement and exploring their perspectives on parent and family collaboration.This project is being conducted by Ed.S. Student, Andrea Beaty under the supervision of Dr. David Castleman, Professor in the School Psychology Department at Western Kentucky University.
The purpose of this study is to explore the perceived barriers school psychologists face when fostering parent involvement and explore their perspectives on parent and family collaboration. Your participation involves completing a short, anonymous survey that will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
To participate, you must currently be practicing school psychologist and be at least 18 years of age. Your responses will be kept confidential, and no identifying information will be collected. All data will be reported in summary form.
Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You may choose to discontinue the survey at any time without penalty. The information you provide will contribute to a better understanding the practices of school psychologist and fostering parent involvement and engagement.
