This past weekend, our professor Dr. Quevillon, ran a booth at the Indiana Jewish Festival in Carmel, Indiana. 📜🏛️ The booth, which highlighted the great work being undertaken at our new WKU Center for Riverlands Jewish Life & Culture featured exhibits created by WKU students about the Karp & Abrahamson families of Indiana. ❣️

It is a great example of putting historical research in a public sphere and highlighting the great work undertaken by our WKU students! ✨

As we switch over branding to the new Center for Riverlands Jewish Life & Culture this fall, rest assured our projects still exist in their original forms, just under a new umbrella of the new Riverlands Center! We also have a myriad of new projects in the pipeline as our 11(!) students are hard at work this year diving into the rich history of Jewish life across our region! We have our hard launch at the end of the month (Sept. 25), so be watching for more updates as we sprint towards it!!
