A glimpse into AGED 222: An Introduction to Agritourism!🐐

Students in AGED 222 recently visited Border Farms to learn more about their agricultural operation and explore the different ways they diversify their farm and connect agriculture with visitors. 🚜

A great hands-on opportunity to see agritourism in action and learn how agriculture can extend beyond the farm! 🌱

Happy National Day!

Teaching agriculture is about so much more than lessons, labs, and leadership activities. It's about the journey of teachers and students, the life lessons learned along the way, and the community that is working toward the future of agriculture!

Today, we celebrate all current agricultural educators who invest their time, talent, and heart into their students. We are especially proud of our future ag teachers preparing to answer the call to teach and our graduates who are already making an impact in classrooms, schools, and communities across the profession!

Agricultural education doesn't happen by accident. It happens because passionate educators choose to show up, invest in students, and believe in their potential.
Thank you to everyone who has chosen to teach agriculture. The future of our industry is brighter because of you!
