Congratulations to Earth Sciences faculty member Marianne Cowherd on co-authoring new research examining the role of climate change in the western U.S. snow drought. The study finds that extreme snow drought conditions are significantly more likely in today's climate, highlighting important implications for water resources, recreation, and communities across the West. ❄️
