Community college students: Explore where a career in accounting could take you!

Hosted simultaneously at leading accounting firm offices nationwide, the American Accounting Association Foundation’s 2026 Two-Year Bridge Symposium brings together students, faculty and professionals for an engaging, in-person experience. Through interactive sessions and direct connections with industry professionals, students will explore the many opportunities available across the accounting profession.

📅 Symposium: November 6, 2026
⏰ Application deadline: October 15, 2026

Meals, approved travel and program expenses are fully covered for accepted applicants. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and space is limited.

Have You Ever Considered Becoming a Business Professor? Exploring Careers in Accounting and Business Education will introduce students to doctoral education, careers in academia, and the impact professors make through teaching, research, and leadership.

Induction eligibility: Candidates must be submitted for induction and marked as paid in the Reporting Intranet by November 6, with an induction date of November 10, to be eligible for induction.

We’re looking for Beta Alpha Psi chapters to serve as Co-Host Chapters for our 2027 U.S. Mid-Year Meetings.

Co-Host Chapters help us welcome attendees and create a strong meeting experience for students, faculty, and professionals from across the BAP community. It’s also an opportunity to represent your chapter and play an active role in bringing our community together.
