Hey , check out our Saturday Art School ‘Drawing and Painting’ class, now offered in American Sign Language! In collaboration with Pratt’s Art and Design Education department, the Center K-12 is offering a section of our ‘Drawing and Painting’ class, ages 8-10 in ASL and with an interpreter, for our deaf and/or hard of hearing student artists.

Do you have an elementary aged child that loves arts? The Center K-12 Saturday Art School program offers an ‘Inclusive Arts Studio’ course, for children ages 8-12 who may have higher learning and support needs and/or prefer a more individualized approach to learning.

This class provides individual support and encourages social interaction, community building, and self-expression through art-making and movement exploration and is offered in collaboration with the Department of Creative Arts Therapy.

Mark your calendars for August 11th!

Registration for our Saturday Art School Program will open on August 11th, promptly at 9AM on our website and is first come, first serve. We offer a variety of art and design courses for ages 6-18 and financial aid for those eligible. Chick on the link in our bio for more information!

We can’t believe Summer Scholars is already over! We hope you learned a lot from your two-week summer intensive with fellow artists. Check out some of the previous amazing work from Architecture taught by Jonathan Scelsa.

We’ve entered week 2 of Summer Scholars! Check out our students hard at work in Painting taught by Professor Kelly Oh. In this course, students explore many approaches to painting with a range of water-based materials, like watercolor, acrylic, gouache, and more!
