You will not have this one on one learning experience anywhere else. The professors are so invested in your success!

Favorite HTM Class? Conference and Meeting Management

Where do you plan to go after college? Culinary at Savannah Technical College

Dream travel location: My dream travel location is Germany’s Schwarzwald (Black Forest).

Favorite part of the HTM program: My favorite part is being able to build connections with the professors and students through the small classes.

Why would you recommend the HTM program at the College of Coastal Georgia? I would recommend the HTM program because the small classes allow us to dig deeper into the material and have better discussions in class that make them even more enjoyable.

Note from the professors: It has been a lot of fun seeing James grow into who he is today. He is always quick with a response and a helping hand. Not one to stand idly by while others are doing the work. James will be missed in our classrooms but we look forward to all the delicious treats he allows us to "taste test".

Dream Job: Ministry/ Christian Communicator/ Clothing Brand Owner

Where do you plan to go after college? I plan to stay here and
(hopefully) work at The GP as one of the college ministry directors!

Dream travel location: I don’t have one place, but I would love to live on a sailboat and travel from place to place!

Favorite part of the HTM program: My favorite part of the HTM program has been the community I’ve met in these classes. You get to really know your classmates, and they soon became some of my closest friends!

Why would you recommend the HTM program at the College of Coastal Georgia? I would recommend the HTM program at CCGA solely because of the people you will meet. Yes, you will learn extremely important things in these classes, but you will also learn so much about life from the people you will be surrounded by

Our degree thrives on the experiences our students gain working in the industry. Sometimes they get those experiences outside of the Golden Isles. Case in point here with alumni Jaz Cain (2021) and current student Ahbreaha Gayles- Leger at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
