Dr. Dormire's decade at Texas A&M capped a long and impressive career in nursing practice, leadership, education and research. As she transitions into retirement, Dr. Dormire will still lend her expertise to Project ConNECT, a federally funded workforce development program she founded that aims to strengthen health resources in Texas’ rural communities
