Unlock the power of compassion and inspire change with non-profit storytelling. In the realm of philanthropy, the art of storytelling takes center stage as a compelling tool to convey the heart and soul of an organization's mission.

Nonprofit storytelling serves as a bridge between various stakeholders, including donors, board members, and the constituents served. Lisa Nelson-Haynes, who serves as the Chief of Program Officer at StoryCorps, will lead this workshop, teaching participants narrative framing techniques to share with stakeholders and reviewing the tenets of ethical storytelling.

Led by Laura Hinds, founder and Principal Partner of Hindsight Consulting Group, this workshop will train participants in the many facets of delegation, including when and whom to delegate responsibilities, understanding the delegation process, and how to best offer support and oversight without micromanaging or undermining staff.

Participants will gain a better understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses related to delegation and challenges in the delegation process.
