This weekend, we made our first donation haul of all the items that have been collected for those affected by the recent flooding in our community.

We are so grateful for everyone who has donated and helped make this possible. Seeing our community come together has been incredible, and we’re so proud to be a part of it.

Our chapter is continuing to collect donations to help individuals and families affected by the recent flooding in our community.

Thank you to everyone who has already donated. Every item is being distributed directly to those who need it, and we are so grateful for the support we’ve received!

It’s been incredible to see our community come together to help each other during this difficult time, along with our neighboring county who was also impacted. Every donation & helping hand has made a difference.

Due to an increased need, we have added the following items to our donation drive:
• Mops
• Brooms
• Extension cords
• Air mattresses
• Paper plates
• Paper bowls
• Plastic utensils
• Shovels
• Box fans

This past weekend, sisters Ashlyn Smith and Payton Hill had the opportunity to represent the Delta Upsilon Chapter at ZTA Convention in Palm Springs, California!

The community that our chapter calls home has been absolutely devastated by recent flooding. Many families have been left facing overwhelming loss and uncertainty. As sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha, we are committed to showing up with compassion, support, and action during this difficult time. Buckhannon holds a special place in the hearts of our sisters still attending Wesleyan, as well as those who have come before us, and we feel it is imperative to give back to a place that has given us so much.

We have created an Amazon wishlist of essential items to help those impacted begin to rebuild and recover. Any contribution, big or small, makes a meaningful difference and reminds our community that they are not alone. Thank you for helping us extend love, care, and support where it is needed most.
