Electronics Recycling, Blue Table Food Drive and Clothing Collection @ UB
Recycle your electronics and donate food, clothing and sports equipment at our recycling event!
Please stay in your vehicle and leave the lifting to us.
Date: Thursday, September 17, 2026
Time: 7:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
Location: Center for Tomorrow parking lot, North Campus. Enter at south entrance across from the Center for Tomorrow. See Google Maps Center for Tomorrow.
Electronics: SUNNKING accepts recycled electronics. For Acceptable Materials for Recycling please click link in email sent from the PSS.
Blue Table: Donations to UB’s Blue Table to be collected for students in need of assistance. Most Requested: Shelf stable soy and almond milk, 1lb bags of white rice, toothpaste and deodorant
Hearts for the Homeless Clothing Collection:
Gently used clothing for reuse by community group Hearts for the Homeless, serving all of WNY. Socks, underwear, toothpaste and deodorant are most appreciated.
Leveling the Playing Field: Clean out your garage and donate your used sports equipment! PSS is partnering with Leveling the Playing Field to do a sports gear collection drive to help support kids sports in Western New York. This collection is for Personal Items Only. University property may not be recycled at this event. University Facilities has collection and tracking systems for disposing of UB property.
