UVM Campus Rec offers American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification. This course is a blended learning course, which requires the registrant to complete approximately 2.5 hours of online work in advance of the skills class session.

Certification classes are being offered:
👉 Saturday, November 14, 9:00-11:30am (reg closes 10/29)
👉 Saturday, February 6, 9:00-11:30am (registration Dec 1-Jan 21)
👉 Thursday, April 8, 6:00-8:30pm (registration Dec 1-March 21)

It’s that time again!

As the temperature fluctuates theres many ways to get your miles in on campus!

Rack up your 100 miles with these options:

🏃 Walk the Upper Track: Open 100+ hours a week so you can walk on your own schedule.

🏃 Walk the Lower Track: Open select hours every week, so you walk or run when you please!

Looking for even more opportunities to up your miles and gain community?

Meet: Wednesday Walks!

Staff Council’s Community Engagement Committee has created Wednesday Walks for students, faculty, staff, and even more friends and alumni!

From October 21- December 16th, You can walk every Wednesday with members of the UVM community, simply by meeting at the front of Howe Library!

The walk will be 30 minutes around campus, switching it up once in a while to freshen things up.

If you’re interested feel free to meet in front Howe at 12:15 every Wednesday!
