My advice for any caldwell students rushing for DphiE is to try and fully embrace the experience by being your true and authentic self. There is no better way to find what organization suits you best than being unapologetically yourself! Also don’t forget to have fun and put yourself out there! 🦋⚡️🤍

My advice to anyone wanting to go through recruitment this fall is JUST DO IT!! 🤍 Going through recruitment last fall when I first got to Caldwell was one of the best decisions I’ve made. My old school wasn’t big on Greek life and I was always nervous when I transferred I wouldn’t fit into Greek life. DPHIE has given me some of my best friends and an amazing support group. Greek life has allowed me to grow out of my comfort zone, take on new opportunities, & have some of the best times in my college years. I wouldn’t trade my sisterhood for the world. So even if you don’t feel like you’ll fit in or you’re nervous… go through recruitment and give yourself a shot. Best case scenario: you get to be part of an amazing sisterhood for life 🌈✨🦋🍒🤍
