Options at California University of Pennsylvania We are a group of students who are trying to make good decisions while having fun. Peer education is a proven method of prevention.

A group of peer educators trained by CAL U’s Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Specialist in the techniques of prevention, education, mentoring, and motivational interviewing - an empirically-validated technique for helping people stop risky behavior. Our peer educators present to student groups throughout the academic year by correcting misperceptions about alcohol and other drug use and promote safe alternatives.
