Purpose Statement: The Multicultural Dream Center (MDC) provides resources, services, and education to support the cultivation of an inclusive campus community. The MDC supports all students, with a particular focus on marginalized populations, through mentorship, intercultural programs, retreats, workshops, and trainings. These various initiatives are geared towards fostering identity development

, critical thinking, reflection, and dialogue across difference to support student retention and academic success.
